§ UpdatesRelease notes

What’s new.

Every release we ship, most recent first. The same notes your team gets by email, kept in one place so you can find them again.

care Latest §

Six changes to care.

Most of them come down to the same thing: a record of who did what, and when, in the places you kept having to remember it yourself.

  1. Flagged logs

Staff can flag a log for management from the app, and incidents flag themselves automatically. Flagged logs now show in care with a flag on them, so nothing waits on someone remembering to mention it.

Resolve a flag and it records who resolved it and when. If it needs another look, reopen it.

  2. Incident review

Every incident now has a review behind it. Rate it red, amber or green. Record whether the debrief happened, what the person you support says about it, the root cause, what has already been done, and which outside teams were told: CQC, safeguarding, the GP, the family.

Comments are timestamped and can’t be edited afterwards. Flag an incident to a named manager with a note explaining why, and it lands on their flags. When a professional asks for it, download the whole review as a PDF.

  3. Referral pipeline

Referrals now have somewhere to live. Track people from referral received, through the physical, costing and funding, the decision, and into onboarding. Add the referrer’s details and any documents at the start.

Every stage is stamped with the time and the person who moved it, so when someone asks how long a referral sat waiting, the answer is on the record. Export it as a PDF, or archive it when it’s done.

  4. Profiles, in order

Service users are listed alphabetically, and you can filter by property.

  5. Quicker logging

Click add log and pick the person from a dropdown, rather than going into their profile first.

  6. rota has moved

rota is no longer part of the main app. It now lives in its own app, and in the staff app. Nothing has been lost in the move, it is the same rota in a place of its own.

Fixed
The authentication bug is fixed. Staff should not have to keep setting up a new authenticator.
Known issue
The desktop has been slow and laggy. We know, and the fix is already being worked on.
Coming next
More log types. A mobile update too, improving stability on logging, medication counts, eMAR witnessing and viewing photos on logs.

If any of this doesn’t behave the way it’s described here, or there’s something you need that isn’t in it, tell us and we’ll look. hello@aijo.uk
