The short version. This website sets no cookies. It remembers one thing in your browser, your light or dark mode choice, and you can clear it below. The aijo web apps use cookies only to sign you in and keep your session secure. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
On this website
aijo.uk does not set any cookies. If you use the light and dark mode switch, your browser remembers your choice in its local storage, so the site looks the way you picked next time you visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
aijo-look | Local storage | Remembers light or dark mode | Until you clear it |
UK law allows this kind of preference to be stored without asking first, as long as we explain it and let you turn it off. To remove it, use the button below or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
In the aijo web apps
When you sign in to Care Dashboard, HR, Rota or Housing, and School once it launches, the app sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. They keep you signed in as you move between pages, and they protect your session so no one else can use it.
These cookies are sent only over secure HTTPS connections. Because the apps cannot work without them, the law does not require us to ask for consent, and blocking them in your browser will stop you signing in.
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in securely while you use the app | Until you sign out or your session ends |
What we do not use
- No advertising or marketing cookies
- No tracking pixels or cross-site tracking
- No cookies that share your information with third parties for their own use
If that ever changes, we will update this page first and ask for your consent wherever the law requires it.
Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and stored site data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies on the aijo web apps will stop you signing in, but it makes no difference to this website.
