Most organisations run care in one system, rotas in another and HR in a third — and none of them talk. Everything we build shares one platform, so our products already work together.
We're a team of engineers and designers who have spent years inside housing associations, care providers and school offices, watching good people re-key the same information into three systems that refuse to talk to each other.
So we started AIJO to build applications designed for each other: run your care system, add the rota that complements it, keep HR in the same place — one set of records, no re-keying.
