Buy one product on its own or combine several. Set your numbers below and the price updates as you go. Every feature listed is included, and you will know the price before we know your name.
Prices exclude VAT. HR over 200 employees is quoted individually. Bundle discount is 10% for two products and 15% for three or more. Multi-year discounts apply to the rate card at signing, with an annual CPI linked uplift at each contract anniversary. The comparison estimates what an equivalent set of separate specialist suppliers typically costs at published core plan prices plus the add-on modules aijo includes as standard. It is an estimate for comparison only, last reviewed July 2026.

HR headcount bands
One flat fee, set by team size
HR is priced by band, not per person, so adding a few starters does not change your bill until you move into the next band.

Discounts
Bundles
Take two products and you get 10% off both. Take three or more and you get 15% off all of them. The discount applies automatically in the calculator and on your invoice.
Contract length
A one year contract is charged at the rate card. Longer contracts are discounted from the rate card at signing.
On multi-year contracts, rates rise by an annual CPI linked uplift at each contract anniversary.

Do I have to buy every product?
No. Every aijo product runs on its own, so you can start with the one you need most. If you add Care, HR or Rota later, they connect to what you already have. Housing and School are standalone for now.
Are prices monthly, and do they include VAT?
All prices are per month and exclude VAT.
How do the bundle discounts work?
Two products get 10% off and three or more get 15% off. The discount applies to every product in the bundle, and the calculator shows it as its own line.
What happens on a multi-year contract?
Longer contracts are discounted from the rate card at signing, from 5% for two years up to 20% for five years. Rates then rise by an annual CPI linked uplift at each contract anniversary.
Are there extra modules or add-ons?
No. Everything listed against each product on this page is included in its price.
How is the comparison with separate suppliers worked out?
It estimates what an equivalent set of separate specialist suppliers typically costs at published core plan prices, plus the add-on modules aijo includes as standard. It is a guide for comparison only and was last reviewed in July 2026.
